I had a hard time falling asleep last night. I’ve been reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and after I had finished a few chapters I perused the last 100 pages, reading a phrase here, a paragraph there. I often do this to enjoy a little more suspense without committing myself to another chapter. […]

My Brother Scott celebrated his 22nd birthday this year on Thanksgiving. He was born early in the morning the Friday after Thanksgiving in 1984. This year my sister Julia and I decided to make him the kind of cake that our Mom used to make us when we were little. We dusted off the 1978 […]

I made my family wear pilgrim and indian hats, something I remembered doing as a child. After dinner I also made them pose for the camera in thier hats. They are all good sports, they are […]

Anna and Ricky Joel of Micronesia residence had their first baby boy yesterday! They named him Teancum. I haven’t spoken to my long lost friends since they moved to Micronesia over a year ago, but I get regular updates from Anna’s family. Congratulations Joels! Welcome Teancum!
